1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We will dispatch your order with Australia Post the next working day and you should receive your order within 3-7 working days if postage is within Australia. 

For all international orders (USA, NZ, Europe & Other) please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your parcel within this time frame please email hello@arizonadaphne.com and we will track down that sh** for you. 

2. I've emailed you and still awaiting response?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.. 

3. What if my swimwear is the wrong size? 

We want you to look smokin hot in your new Arizona Daphne swimwear so if its the wrong size, please contact us on returns@arizonadaphne.com to arrange an exchange. Please note, I know we are all indecisive but we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We only accept unused, unworn, saleable items with the hygiene sticker still intact for exchanges. You will receive a credit note to redeem online. Winner Winner !

4. What if the colour looks different when I receive my package?

It is important to note that colour variances can occur between dye batches.

Images displayed on the site clearly show the colour and design features of our swimwear, and we always endeavour to provide accurate dimensions to help our customers gauge the sizing of any prospective purchase.

5. How do I care for my Arizona Daphne swimwear?

Make sure you follow these simple steps to keep your Arizona Daphne swimwear clean and fresh, we're all busy girls so we made it fast and easy for you.

• Hand wash in fresh cold soapy water and rinse in fresh cold water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Remove sand from garment to avoid the fabric drying out.
• Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
• Store is a dry place where air flows to avoid moisture build up.
• Do not iron or leave in sun.

6. How do I know my size?

Our sizes are generally on the smaller side due to the cheeky cuts so we would suggest to go up a size if you are unsure.
