RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The Essentials.

Under Australian consumer law, we can only accept tops to be exchanged for store credits. Bottoms will not be accepted due to hygiene concerns unless the item in faulty.

It's very important you follow our SIZE GUIDE or email us at hello@arizonadaphne.com with any queries before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fit. Remember we want to rock your world ⚡️ 

Our Policy.

• All returns must email hello@arizonadaphne.com  with your order number and reason for return.
• All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn goods, we also do not accept returns on bottoms.
• All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing.
• We will accept exchanges only in the form of a credit note to use online. Only once your exchange has been received, we will issue a credit note for re-purchase online with 6 month to use it. We got what chu need.
• We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items.
• Arizona Daphne is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the event of a faulty item.

• In the case of a faulty item, we’re sorry, please email us hello@arizonadaphne.com  We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.
• If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will provide a full refund.
• Arizona Daphne does not accept of exchange any items found faulty after 6 months or more.

In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.
