Domestic 

All domestic online orders are sent via Australia Post with Pre-Paid 500G – 5KG satchels with a tracking number. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number upon request for goods sent from Arizona Daphne HQ.

Please note, we take the utmost care to ensure your purchase reaches you safely, as such Arizona Daphne accepts NO responsibility for items lost within Australia Post.  

PLEASE BE AWARE OUR SHIPPING DAYS WITHIN AUSTRALIA ARE:

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY 

If order is received same day and express shipping is selected, in most cases orders will go out same day or no later than the following business day should it be received by 230pm AEDT.  If order is received on a day other than the shipping day it will be sent the next available shipping day.

International

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed packages within DHL. Once the package has left Arizona Daphne HQ we cannot be held liable for any undelivered or missing packages. 

Arizona Daphne is not responsible or liable for any duties or customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. 

Our prices within the online store do not include any overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
